Ajab’s Hara Bhara Raita

Boondi raita is one of the tastiest raita anyone can prepare in minutes and pair up with biryani, aloo paratha, and many other rice recipes for delicious dinner. This recipe uses beaten curd and Ajab’s boondi as base ingredients and makes it more taste buds friendly with right amount of salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder.

Ingredients:

50 gms boondi, 200 gms yogurt, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, A pinch of red chilli powder, A pinch of black pepper powder, A pinch of Chaat masala powder, Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, Salt to taste.

Method of Prepeartion

Soak the boondi in normal water for 4-5 minutes, squeeze whole water and keep aside. In a bowl beat the yogurt and add little bit of water. Add salt and boondi and mix well with the yogurt. Keep in the refrigerator until served.

While serving in individual bowls, place the boondi raita, sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and chaat masala powder. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve chilled as a side dish.
